Most workflows go live in one to two weeks, across three stages. Discovery (1–2 days): we map exactly what you need while your environment is prepared behind the scenes. Implementation and pilot testing (3–6 days): we build your workflow and test it against your real operations. Go-live (1–2 days): once the pilot earns your sign-off, we launch, and our specialists take over the day-to-day running. Workflows with more steps or more systems to connect may take a little longer. We’ll map out your exact timeline during discovery.

Yes. Each active workflow has a minimum monthly BAU: $500 on Business, or $2,000 on Business Regulated.

Your monthly plan price is a minimum commitment, so unused BAU doesn’t roll over to the next month.

Business is the leaner entry point: dedicated SlashFlow AI infrastructure, with our specialists running your workflows every day. Business Regulated adds Private AI (open-weight models in an internet-isolated environment), GDPR, PDPA & EU AI Act readiness, and enhanced controls, oversight, and compliance coverage, for businesses handling regulated or sensitive data.

Yes. You can move between Business and Business Regulated as your needs change.

Yes. Both plans start with one workflow, and you can add one more each month. If you need to move faster, or need a more complex workflow, we’ll quote it separately.

The pilot lets you see SlashFlow working before you commit. We’ll run one real workflow in your business for four weeks, with zero commitment on your end. There’s no implementation fee and no platform fee, and your first $500 of AI usage is covered. Any additional usage stays capped and predictable, with no surprise costs.

The choice is yours: move to a Business or Business Regulated plan, or end the pilot there.

Private AI is SlashFlow’s isolated AI environment: open-weight models running in a controlled, internet-isolated environment instead of public AI services. Your data and workflows never leave it, and none of it is used to train models outside your business. It’s included in Business Regulated.

Public or generic AI services run your data through third-party systems, often on infrastructure shared with other companies and over the open internet. Private AI stays inside a controlled, internet-isolated environment, so your data isn’t exposed to shared infrastructure or subject to how an outside provider handles it.

Yes. Private AI is isolated per customer, so your data and workflows are never shared with or accessible to other businesses on SlashFlow.

No. Private AI is included in Business Regulated only, and you can upgrade whenever you need it.

Business Regulated is built to be GDPR, PDPA & EU AI Act ready. That matters because the work a BAU covers, such as invoices, guest records, and compliance reports, often involves the personal or regulated data these laws govern. GDPR and PDPA set strict rules for handling that data, with real penalties for getting it wrong, and the EU AI Act adds obligations for high-risk AI systems, such as documentation and human oversight. The Business plan doesn’t include this coverage, since not every business operates under these regulations from day one. If that changes, you can upgrade to Business Regulated, and we’ll do the groundwork your team needs to sign off on AI under these rules.

Once discovery wraps up, we build your workflow to your requirements and test it against your real operations. Once you’ve signed off on the test, we go live, and our specialists take over the day-to-day running.

Business-hours support with an SLA on both plans, with extended coverage available on request. You also get a dedicated point of contact on our team for anything related to your workflows.
